　アニメ「.hack//Roots」サントラ第2弾。夏のライブ「亡國覚醒カタルシスツアー」でも披露された新曲が収録される。哀愁のバラード「埋葬の森の黄昏坂」、ジャンルはアリプロとしか言いようのない「汚れなき悪意」と、『dilettante』に収録されている「愛と誠」を彷彿とさせる「KING KNIGHT」を含む、全23曲。全体的にダークな曲で構成されている。ボーカル曲は少なめであるが、アリプロの好事家なら満足できるはず。
